1. Eligibility for Returns

• The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

• Your return request must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Certain items (e.g., personal care items, opened consumables, or customized products) are not eligible for return.

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

2. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide the return address and instructions.

3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you received a faulty or incorrect product:

• Please email us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging.

• We’ll offer a full refund or send a replacement at no extra cost after reviewing your claim.

4. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved:

• A refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

• Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Items marked “Final Sale” or “Clearance”

• Personal hygiene products

• Custom or personalized items

• Digital goods or downloadable products

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund:

• First, check your bank account and contact your credit card provider—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
