Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
If you received a faulty or incorrect product:
Please email us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging.
We’ll offer a full refund or send a replacement at no extra cost after reviewing your claim.
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved:
A refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.
